Instructions
Adding Advantage Capabilities through Software Upgrades is as simple as 1-2-3.
Note, the software upgrades available today are fixed licenses and are associated with the specific MAC address of the AP or SM. The licenses are not transferable.
To start:
1. Collect the MAC Addresses and Part Numbers of Canopy Modules that you have for all
APs and SMs
2. Fill in the information below and ‘click’ submit to go to step two. The system will indicate the Module's capability: Canopy - not upgradeable, Advantage Capable, Advantage - does not need upgrade Check the appropriate boxes for each address and download the pdf.
3. Contact your Canopy Supplier with the order authorization information on the generated pdf to order your upgrade - that's it!
